What we collect

When you use the quote form, we receive the information you write in it: name, phone number, email if you give it, the service you want and your message. Photos you send us by email or messaging are kept with your request.

Why

Only to reply to you and, if you entrust us with a rug, to follow the job and draw up the quote and the invoice. We don't send newsletters and we don't pass your data on to anyone.

The form

The form is processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc.), which forwards your message to us by email. Formspree keeps submissions according to its own privacy policy.

Audience measurement

If you accept measurement cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to count visits and understand how the site is used. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent. See the cookies page.

Retention period

Quote requests that go no further: twelve months. Customers: the statutory retention period for accounting records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contactbabyloneateliertapis@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
